Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans are sold through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, and those stores are the seller and merchant of record. Prices are shown in your local currency, including taxes where required, before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you cancel in the store, not with us:

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. This does not affect any statutory withdrawal or refund right you have as a consumer where you live.
Marketing
We only send marketing email to people who asked for it. Every marketing message carries a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can also manage your preferences at any time at clztr.com/email-preferences or in Settings inside the app. We never sell or rent your contact details.

If you believe content on CLZTR infringes your copyright, our notice and takedown process, our designated agent and the counter-notice procedure are all at clztr.com/dmca.

We monitor for this and we enforce. Where anyone uses our name, our logo, our brand, our content or any of our intellectual property without authorisation, we will pursue every remedy available to us. That includes takedown and dispute proceedings with app stores, domain registrars, social platforms and advertising networks, and legal action before the competent courts seeking injunctive relief, damages, an account of profits, and our legal costs.
