Complaints book
You can file a reclamo, when your complaint is about the service, or a queja, when it is about the treatment you received.
Before you send
Filing a reclamo does not prevent you from using other dispute resolution channels, and it is not a precondition for reporting us to INDECOPI.
You will receive a record with your registration number at the email address you give us. Keep that number: it is how you check the status of your request.
Support hours
We are open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Peru time), except on public holidays.
This form accepts requests at any hour; the deadline runs in business days from the moment we receive it.
